Personalized travel

 

Service design project for public transportation company Arriva Netherlands.

 

 

 

 

In the age group of 12-18 years Arriva wants to increase the frequency of which this target audience travels by bus. The project focused on the non-frequent traveling youth who travels by bus occasionally.

 

The final concept is a platform which offers the users locations based on their interests and age. The user can define a suitable price range and distance. The platform guides with the bus route, information about the location and the total costs of the trip.

“Right now, it happens pretty often that you don’t know what to do. This is a fun way to find out .“
